Mirasol Exterior Modern Makeover

This 6,246-square-foot Mediterranean-style home built in 2007 is located in the Mirasol Community of Palm Beach Gardens and was ready for a transformation both inside and out. We gave the exterior a complete refresh, elevating its curb appeal and crafting a chic outdoor living area featuring a modern pool.

Exterior improvements included enhancing the entry with natural stone pavers set in turf,

contemporary landscaping with new pots, and the addition of a new paver driveway.

Backyard improvements featured a renovated pool and spa, with a redesigned pool shape, updated pool tiles, a new plaster finish, and natural stone leathered marble pavers. Minimal landscaping complements the clean lines of the design.
