Modern Renovation in Jupiter Country Club
Backyard renovation in Jupiter Country Club included a roof extension with retractable screens, outdoor kitchen, tv wall, pool resurfacing, new paver deck with fire pit area, artificial turf and landscaping.
Patio Expansion
The existing patio space was limited so we added a 12’ roof extension to the existing covered patio. This enabled us to add an L-shaped outdoor kitchen with counter seating as well as a TV wall on the opposite end of the space with comfortable seating and an outdoor dining area.
The pool was modernized with new plaster, tile, and tumbled marble pavers that continued to the new covered lanai space.
Artificial turf was added between the pavers for ease of maintenance. Plantings were kept simple, with a priority to maintaining the views to the golf course. Clusia hedges were added to the side property lines for privacy and along the rear fence Foxtail Palms and colorful tropical plants added for interest.
