Residents wanted linear pool design with minimal decking and zoysia grass with privacy landscaping surrounding the entire backyard to screen out neighbors. Italian Cypress, Palms, and Podacarpus were used and Aluminum Fencing, Cedar Pergola, Fire pit and grilling areas complete the look.
